Terms & Conditions


We’re a small, family-owned cleaning business, and we truly value your trust and support. These Terms & Conditions help us keep our scheduling fair, protect our team, and make sure every client gets a great experience.

 

1. Booking & Scheduling

  • Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or through Setmore.

  • Please provide accurate details including address, access instructions, and service type.

 

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Life happens! We just ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

  • Cancellations or changes made under 24 hours may include a $40 late-change fee or 50% of the service cost if the cleaner cannot access your home.
     

  • If our cleaner cannot access your home, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and the 50% service fee will apply.

3. Pricing & Scope of Work

  • We strive to provide clear, upfront pricing.
     

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the area or space to be cleaned is outside the scope of the service requested.
     

  • Customers will always be notified in advance of any changes.

4. Arrival & Access

  • Cleaners may arrive within a 30-minute window due to traffic and scheduling.
     

  • Ensure the cleaner has safe and timely access to your home.
     

  • We cannot be responsible for lockouts or delayed access.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Your happiness is important! If something wasn’t cleaned to your satisfaction, contact us within 24 hours.
     

  • We’ll gladly return to re-clean the affected areas at no extra charge.

 

6. Payments

  • Payment is due upon completion of the service.
     

  • We accept debit/credit cards, cash, or online payments.
     

  • Tips are never required, but always appreciated — they go directly to your cleaner.

7. Safety & Liability

  • Our team does not move heavy furniture or handle hazardous materials.
     

  • We are insured and bonded, but cannot be responsible for pre-existing damage or fragile items left out.
     

  • Please secure valuables before your appointment.

8. Pets

  • We love pets! 🐶🐱
     

  • Please keep pets safe and comfortable during cleaning.
     

  • We are not responsible for pets that escape or cause damage during service.

 

9. Service Limitations

  • We do not handle mold, biohazard, pest infestations, or human/animal waste.
     

  • Deep or move-in/move-out cleans require clear access to all areas.

 

10. Property Care & Photos

  • We take great care when cleaning. If accidental damage occurs, please report it within 24 hours.
     

  • We may take before/after photos of the space only for quality purposes; they are never shared publicly without consent.

 

11. Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe or violate these Terms & Conditions.
